Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nyami at nyami.cc, its API, and the Nyami Discord bot (together, the "service"). By creating an account, redeeming a code, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.

It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before using or purchasing the service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

  • Nyami compiles, encrypts, and hardens Python code against reverse engineering, and returns a protected output.
  • You can use the service from the dashboard or through the API.
  • The obfuscation engine runs only on our processing infrastructure. We do not distribute the engine and do not run it in your browser.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secret.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We may lock or suspend an account after repeated failed sign-in attempts or suspected abuse.
  • One person or entity per account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Credits and Billing

Credits Are the Unit of Use

  • One credit equals one obfuscation.
  • Every obfuscation, whether run from the dashboard or through the API, consumes exactly one credit from a finite balance.
  • Nothing is unlimited. No plan, subscription, code, or key grants unlimited obfuscations.

Balances and Expiry

  • Credits are held in balances that come from a plan, a pack, or a redemption code.
  • Some balances expire after a set period. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire. A balance stops being usable when its credits reach zero or when its period ends, whichever comes first.
  • A depleted balance may remain visible in your history until its period ends. Expired credits are not restored.

Redemption Codes

  • A redemption code grants credits or a plan when redeemed on a valid account.
  • Codes may be single-use, may expire, and may be voided if issued in error or obtained fraudulently.

API Keys

  • API keys authenticate programmatic access and are shown only once at creation.
  • You are responsible for keeping keys secret. We store only a hash and cannot recover a key.
  • If a key is lost or exposed, revoke it and create a new one.

Purchases

  • Purchases are handled through our storefront at shop.nyami.cc and its payment processor.
  • Except where required by applicable law, credits and plans are non-refundable once delivered. Contact us for any billing question.
  • We may change pricing and plan contents. Changes do not affect credits you already hold.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the service to protect or distribute malware, or for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit code you do not have the right to process.
  • Attempt to bypass, reset, or tamper with credit metering, limits, or access controls.
  • Resell, share, or sublicense your account, credits, or API keys without our permission.
  • Probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to reverse engineer the service or its engine.
  • Infringe the rights of others or violate any applicable law or regulation.

Your Content and Responsibility

  • You retain ownership of the files you submit and the outputs generated for you.
  • You are responsible for every file you upload and for your use of the outputs.
  • You warrant that you have the rights needed to submit your files for processing.
  • Nyami is not a backup service. Keep your own copies of your source files. We are not liable for any loss of files or data.

Disclaimers

  • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
  • Obfuscation raises the cost and effort of reverse engineering. It does not make code impossible to analyze. We do not warrant that protected code cannot be decompiled, reversed, or tampered with.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change or be withdrawn.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyami is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and Termination

  • You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or to protect the service or other users.
  • Credits have no cash value and are forfeited if your account is terminated for breach.

Third-Party Services

  • The service integrates with Discord, our storefront, and other third parties.
  • We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.
  • Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and policies.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Nyami's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected. If you have a dispute, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these terms at any time.
  • Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date, and your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
